Alone in the heart of the Percheronne countryside, Aline and Ludovic have renovated this old farmhouse for a stay away from the noise. The house is secluded and surrounded by fields. Nearby is the town of Nogent le Rotrou, famous for its medieval castle, and Thiron Gardais, a pretty little Percheron village. It's a very quiet place where you can relax to the full.

You can enjoy a peaceful stay with a private garden.
The holiday cottage can accommodate 8 people and includes:
On the ground floor:
- a fully furnished and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, small appliances,
- a dining/living room with a wood-burning stove and TV,
- a bedroom with a 140/190 bed (one step to access it),
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a separate toilet,
- a laundry room with a washing machine (iron and ironing board),

Upstairs:

-a bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a baby bed,

Bed linen and towels are provided (beds made on arrival); housekeeping and bathroom linen are included. Utilities included.
