This 50+ square-meter apartment is just a few kilometers from downtown Bourges, in a quiet neighborhood close to the village of Asnières (close to shops).

Located on the 1st floor of a house (first floor unoccupied), the apartment offers 2 double bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 190) and (140 x 200).
Each room has its own storage space and closet.
Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided.
The kitchen is simple but functional, with all the equipment you need for your stay (please note: no dishwasher).
The bathroom has a washing machine.
The living room has a sofa and a practical dining area. WIFI not available.
Electric heating, extra charge above 8 kwh per day.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. For long-term rentals, a cleaning fee will be charged every 15 days (40 euros).
