It comprises on the first floor :
- A large living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchenette. It includes a 140 cm sofa-bed

Upstairs, you'll find :
- A twin bedroom, with 1 bed 120 cm and 1 bed for Kids 70 cm
- A shower room
Outside, guests have access to :
- Parking in the courtyard (or outside in front of the house)
- Unenclosed garden with direct access to the river
- Garden furniture and barbecue
- Room with washing machine and freezer
The price includes all utilities, except cleaning (compulsory for professionals).
