In the south of Morbihan, 15 km from Quiberon, Belle-île-en-Mer is the second largest island on the Atlantic coast, after Oléron. Its mild, sunny climate makes it a very popular destination. It's an island of sumptuous, contrasting landscapes. Well-situated vacation home in the commune of Le Palais, where everything can be done on foot. Passing through the park and its Vauban vaults, you can reach the town center in 15 minutes and the "La ramonette" beach in 20 minutes!

After a 45-minute crossing, disembark at the port of Le Palais, less than 15 minutes from this vacation home, and admire the majestic Vauban Citadel overlooking the port. Stroll through the many boutiques and discover the local gastronomy in the restaurants.
Belle Ile en Mer is first and foremost an unspoilt natural environment with an abundance of flora and fauna, miles of fine sandy beaches and a particularly sunny climate.

On the first floor, this vacation rental comprises an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room and an independent toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a small bathroom with toilet. Books and toys are available for your children's enjoyment.
Outside, you'll find a garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. You can park your car in front of the property.
The wood-burning stove is not in use and there is no television in this gîte.
