Surrounded by old stone walls lined with hydrangeas, the house embodies a family spirit of tasteful renovation and top-of-the-range comfort. Sheltered by the Carnac countryside, you'll spend precious moments in the heart of a place steeped in history, close to paths inviting you to discover and recharge your batteries. La Maison is an old family home dating from the 17th century, in the heart of a one-hectare property, just a few minutes from the megalithic site of Carnac.
The first floor comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed) with private shower room/wc accessible to people with mobility difficulties, a storeroom, a dressing room and a toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with a private shower room/wc, the other with a private bathroom/wc.
South-facing, the house is surrounded by a 50 m² terrace and has a large garden and parking spaces. Enclosed storage space for bicycles, sailboards, etc., with water and electricity.
For your convenience, prices include utilities, Beds made on arrival, linen and towels. All 180x200 beds can be divided into 2x90x200. Heating by pellet stove.
Telework area in a dedicated room.
Holiday cottage equipped with a 7V electric charging station supervised by Freshmile located in a private enclosed parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage.

Au niveau du gîte : Excellent -spacieux et très propre - la propriétaire est très sympathique et très dévouée ainsi que sa belle soeur et son père avec qui nous avons fait connaissance Ce qui fût un réel plaisir.
Merci encore pour les petites attentions.Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte avec ses 3 chambres avec dans chacune toilettes et salle d'eau et même dans une des chambres une baignoire.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour -très belles balades à faire et les plages sont magnifiques.

C'est la troisième fois que nous venons avec mon frère atteint d'une myopathie et véhiculé en fauteuil électrique. Françoise se montre toujours disponible et accueillante ! Accessibilité du lieux dans un environnement idéal pour des vacances pleines de sérénité. La terrasse permet de se reposer au son des oiseaux... Parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour plus qu’agréable dans ce gîte magnifique,aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, et décoré avec énormément de goût dans chaque pièce. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Les chambres avec salle de bain sont un réel atout pour des vacances en famille.
