Set in 12 hectares of verdant parkland with a Lake, this spacious Chalet offers all the comforts you need for your stay. All on one level, it offers a living room with fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven), living room and lounge. There are 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160 x 200 - 1 of which can be converted into 2 x 80, and 1 bed 140 x 190), a shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin. One room houses the 6-seater Spa, accessible all year round. Outside, you'll appreciate the large 20m² covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, as well as the gravel courtyard for sunbathing. Three parking spaces are available in front of the chalet. The Chalet is located in the Le Nounen residential park. The setting is family-friendly. Access to the Parc Résidentiel's shared indoor swimming pool in July and August (accessible from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a badge for site residents).
