Exceptional in South Morbihan: come and stay at this magnificent estate, located in the commune of Carnac, overlooking the Crac'h river. The estate is surrounded by ancient salt marshes, offering you the perfect blend of land and Sea! Ideally located, you can discover or rediscover this highly sought-after seaside resort with its beaches, its many outdoor activities, its Casino, its thalasso spa, not forgetting its famous menhirs! This former cider house welcomes you for all types of stays (private or professional) with a 170m² living room that can be converted into a meeting room (fully equipped with Wifi Fiber, video projector and wall screen + repeaters, paperboards...), a beautiful 120 m² terrace overlooking the river and a 200 m² Berber tent from April to October. The Domaine comprises a large longère (29 beds) and a maisonnette (11 beds). Some double beds can be twinned, providing a total capacity of 32 individual beds.

The first floor comprises a large 170 m² living room (or meeting room), a kitchen, men's and women's sanitary facilities, and a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (for 2 people), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs (accessible via an outside staircase): 7 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc (2 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed), 2 bedrooms for 4 people (with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds), 2 bedrooms for 2 to 4 people (1 with 1 double bed and 2 modular bunk beds, the other with 1 double bed and 2 modular single beds)... The 2nd 50 m² building, opposite the farmhouse, offers a kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 with en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom for 2, 1 bedroom with mezzanine for 7 (2 double beds and 3 single beds, all separated with privacy curtains), a shower room with toilet (handicapped accessible), and an enclosed terrace with games for children.
