This fully-renovated townhouse has a lot going for it, and you can already plan your stay with a small group of family or friends (excluding parties): a superb, spacious kitchen, a cocooning living room, a large table under a glass roof, and a comfortable layout of rooms on each floor. You'll discover and appreciate the warm ambience of the Ti-Gwenn gîte, perfectly equipped for your social gatherings. Ti-Gwenn is also a trendy address for its geographical location: close to shops and services, you're at the gateway to Saint-Malo, 7 km from the Intra-Muros corsair town and its long sandy beach, 5 km from the old fishing village of Saint-Suliac and just 1 km from the banks of the Rance and its Vallion beach along the shore, where you can swim at high tide.

Karl Excellent séjour au Ti-Gwenn
Nous avons passer 4 jours dans ce gite confortable et spacieux. Bien situé avec les commerces à quelques pas en face. Le matin on partait se balader vers la Rance, très agréable... La cuisine du gite est idéale pour cuisiner avec un magnifique piano équipé d'un four XXL, et on y trouve tous les ustensiles de qualité. Le salon sera votre endroit préféré pour les apéros entre amis. Les chambres sont calmes et la literie excellente. 3 SDB et toilettes... pour finir St Jouan est idéalement placer pour rayonner autour, un petit marché le samedi, bref le top !! une vraie maison à vivre : nous recommandons chaleureusement !!!

Tout était vraiment parfait ! Nous étions 10 et étions très à l'aise dans ce Gîte confortable bien décoré et parfaitement situé géographiquement. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. C'est une adresse à retenir !!!

nane accueil chaleureux dans unbeau gite fonctionnel
accueil chaleureux gite très bien situé rénové avec tout le confort, une cuisine permettant de cuisiner!! double frigo, piano de cuisine, un jardin avec barbecue bref un week end en famille merveilleux
