This fully-renovated townhouse has a lot going for it, and you can already plan your stay with a small group of family or friends (excluding parties): a superb, spacious kitchen, a cocooning living room, a large table under a glass roof, and a comfortable layout of rooms on each floor. You'll discover and appreciate the warm ambience of the Ti-Gwenn gîte, perfectly equipped for your social gatherings. Ti-Gwenn is also a trendy address for its geographical location: close to shops and services, you're at the gateway to Saint-Malo, 7 km from the Intra-Muros corsair town and its long sandy beach, 5 km from the old fishing village of Saint-Suliac and just 1 km from the banks of the Rance and its Vallion beach along the shore, where you can swim at high tide.

Nath Week-end famille
Parfait ! Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin ! Gîte spacieux très bien agencé et cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, on s’y sent bien ! 6 chambres et 3 salle d’eau donc idéal pour 12 personnes ! Extérieur très agréable également ! Petit plus : Commerces et grande surface à proximité ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille ! Nous recommandons sans problème ce gîte qui se trouve à quelques kilomètres de Cancale , Saint Malo, Saint Coulomb, parfait pour des balades…adresse à retenir pour pouvoir y revenir car tout a été parfait !

OI Super week-end entre copains
Communication fluide et efficace, accueil charmant. La maison est impeccable, elle garde son charme après une restauration réussie. Matériaux de belle facture, literie de qualité, cuisine parfaitement agencée et outillée.
Accès facile au centre bourg et aux berges de là Rance. Saint Malo accessible en voiture.
Nous avons passé de très bons moments ici et comptons y revenir.
