Ideally situated on the road to Mont Saint Michel, 17km north of Rennes, Le Verger de Fouisseul's quiet location puts it at the heart of many historic tourist sites: the superb beaches of the Emerald Coast, Rennes and its architecture, medieval Dinan, Fougères and its castle, Brocéliande and its legends, Saint Malo, Cancale... The gîte is adjoining the owner's home, but has its own private, unoverlooked exterior (terrace and lawn with trees) and private parking. Access to the owners' heated indoor pool for the 2 gîtes from April to the end of October (according to times indicated by the owners). Dimensions: 8 x 3.5 m, 1.10 to 1.60 m deep.
