Half an hour from the long beaches of the Emerald Coast by expressway and close to the Ille et Rance canal, on a suckler cow farm, this comfortable, spacious gîte adjoins another gîte. Private, west-facing terrace overlooking a quiet, wooded site - garden furniture and barbecue. The two gîtes can be made communicating if you rent the whole. 25km from Rennes and Dinan, 35km from St-Malo, 10km from Bécherel and Combourg.

Propriétaires très accueillants. Un gîte très spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. De belles promenades le long du Canal et de beaux paysages tout autour.

la situation est idéale pour des balades sur le canal, accès facile même avec les enfants.
