Half an hour from the long beaches of the Emerald Coast by expressway and close to the Ille et Rance canal, on a suckler cow farm, this comfortable, spacious gîte adjoins another gîte. Private, west-facing terrace overlooking a quiet, wooded site - garden furniture and barbecue. The two gîtes can be made communicating if you rent the whole. 25km from Rennes and Dinan, 35km from St-Malo, 10km from Bécherel and Combourg.

First floor: living room with decorative, unusable fireplace - sofa bed - fitted kitchen - WC. First floor: one bedroom (1 double bed 140) - one bedroom (2 single beds 90) - shower room - WC. Underfloor aerothermal heating.

Excellent séjour au Verger
