In the heart of the village of Le Vivier sur Mer, 400m from the beach and the sea, this beautiful character apartment with exposed stone walls and an atypical volume, is located on the second floor of a country house. Well-equipped, it's ideal for couples with children. Close to shops and services, you're just 7 km from Dol de Bretagne, 17.5 km from the banks of the Rance and 24.5 km from Mont Saint-Michel.
On the 1st floor, with access via a shared interior staircase: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, shower room and separate toilet. On the mezzanine: a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, and a small adjoining bedroom with two 90X190 bunk beds. Easy, free parking in the immediate vicinity on the church square.

Nikilr Il s'appelle le mont st. Michel
Une mamie qui a emmené ses 2 petits-enfants voir ce côté de France
Un gîte bien situé pour la région, qui permet de se rendre dans les endroits privilégiés comme st. Malo, le mont St.Michel, Cancale, Dol de Bretagne...
Il faut avoir de bons genoux parce qu'on n'arrête pas de monter avec un escalier pentu..!
Mais le rapport qualité/prix reste excellent! Très propre, literie confortable, et l'équipement n'a pas de faille!

Maia nid douillet!
Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans ce gîte, un vrai petit nid douillet, pensé et équipé avec amour et avec soin.

Flo Séjour dans la baie du mont st Michel
Le logement était très bien placé pour découvrir le baie du mont saint Michel, très calme, proximité des commerces et du parking sur la place de l’église.
