In the heart of the village of Le Vivier sur Mer, 400m from the beach and the sea, this beautiful character apartment with exposed stone walls and an atypical volume, is located on the second floor of a country house. Well-equipped, it's ideal for couples with children. Close to shops and services, you're just 7 km from Dol de Bretagne, 17.5 km from the banks of the Rance and 24.5 km from Mont Saint-Michel.
On the 1st floor, with access via a shared interior staircase: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, shower room and separate toilet. On the mezzanine: a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, and a small adjoining bedroom with two 90X190 bunk beds. Easy, free parking in the immediate vicinity on the church square.

Elodie Chablis Un grand merci
C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans leurs locations, et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir ! Tout est parfait : le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé. On s’y sent comme à la maison dès les premières minutes. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme mais proche de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour.
Les hôtes sont disponibles et attentionnés (des chocolats la première fois puis une excellente confiture maison et des palets bretons la deuxième) tout en restant discrets.
Nous repartons une fois de plus ravis, avec déjà l’envie de revenir une troisième fois ! Un grand merci

MV Séjour du 14 au 21 septembre 2025
Gîte à proximité des commerces du village. Nous y avons même trouvé, pour une cousine allergique au gluten, une boulangerie qui faisait du pain au maïs. Un vrais délice.
Au cœur de la zone que nous souhaitions visiter, nous avons pu aller sur la côte de granit rose, Cancale, St Malo et Dinard, Grandville et Villedieu les poêles et bien sur, le Mont Saint Michel.
