7.5 km from Rennes-sud, this characterful gîte in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2020, adjoining another gîte and close to the owners, welcomes you for stays dedicated to relaxation and leisure. You'll enjoy a beautiful indoor swimming pool, heated (26 degrees) all year round (10m x 4m - 1.40m deep) and private (10am to 7pm). Bathing attire is mandatory for access to the pool. Access is via your own enclosed garden with terrace, lounge and barbecue. Bright and well-equipped for small groups of family and friends, you'll find a real comfort in the layout of the rooms, pleasantly decorated in contemporary tones.
On the first floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility:
a living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a lounge,
a bedroom with a 160X200 bed,
an adapted bathroom with WC.

Nel week-end au gite " le Manoir"
Nous avons passé un week-end vraiment sympa à l'occasion d'un anniversaire fin Novembre 2025, le gite est conforme à la plaquette de présentation, la piscine, top! nous avions 2 bébés et 3 enfants en bas âge, tout ce petit monde a trouvé sa place et cerise sur le gateau, nous avons été accueilli avec des crêpes!! les propriétaires, au petit soin pour leur locataire.
