7.5 km from Rennes-sud, this characterful gîte in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2020, adjoining another gîte and close to the owners, welcomes you for stays dedicated to relaxation and leisure. You'll enjoy a beautiful indoor swimming pool, heated (26 degrees) all year round (10m x 4m - 1.40m deep) and private (10am to 7pm). Bathing attire is mandatory for access to the pool. Access is via your own enclosed garden with terrace, lounge and barbecue. Bright and well-equipped for small groups of family and friends, you'll find a real comfort in the layout of the rooms, pleasantly decorated in contemporary tones.
On the first floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility:
a living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a lounge,
a bedroom with a 160X200 bed,
an adapted bathroom with WC.
First floor:

Jo séjour merveilleux
Nous séjournons pour la quatrième années consécutives dans ce gîte à la même période pour des raisons familiales.
Le gîte est toujours aussi parfait, tout y est et s'il manque quelque chose, les propriétaires sont toujours très disponibles et à l'écoute.
Présents, tout en étant très discrets.
le plus, la superbe piscine chauffée et couverte, lieu de partages familiaux, de très bons souvenirs de vacances pour les enfants. Merci à Gérard et Viviane- Cleanliness

TiFred23 Week end au Top
Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce gite au top. Rien a redire, tout le confort est présent, la piscine est juste parfaite et il ne manque aucun équipement au logement. Le logement est très propre, les propriétaires sont arrangeants et disponible. Merci beaucoup à Viviane et Gérard
