This semi-detached fisherman's cottage has its own private, unoverlooked terrace on the south side. Bay-side garden of 30 m2, bedrooms upstairs with views of the sea, Bay of Cancale and Mont Saint Michel. 6 km from Cancale, 15 km from St Malo. Sailing boats 3 km.

Ground floor: large living room with sitting area (fireplace with closed hearth, wood supplied), fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, storeroom. And: one bedroom (double bed 140), one bedroom (twin beds 80x200), one bedroom (single bed 90x190, single bed 80x190 drawer), beds made up on arrival, cot and high chair, bathroom, separate wc, electric underfloor heating (EDF included in rates). Enclosed private garage. All shops nearby. If you'd like to go for a ride on the path opposite the gîte, 5 bikes are available free of charge. All you need to do is bring your helmets.
