In the heart of the Emerald Coast, 10 km from Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, 9 km from Cancale, gîte adjoining the owners in a property comprising 4 other gîtes sharing a large communal garden with playground, boules pitch, swing and slide. Ideally suited to small groups of family and friends, the house offers privacy for all, with all rooms equipped with full private sanitary facilities. There's also a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
First floor: a kitchen opening onto a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with a 150x200 bed and its own shower room with toilet. 1st floor: two family units, each comprising a split-level space with a 150x200 bed downstairs, a shower room with WC, and a bedroom with two single beds upstairs. External access: a small house houses a family unit with 4 beds: a ground-floor bedroom with a 150x200 bed and TV, a shower room with WC and a mezzanine with a 150x200 bed. Parking on the property.

Gîte parfait en pleine nature , joli environnement . Bien équipé "jeux ,vaisselle, lits confortables . Un plus, WC et salle de bain pour chaque chambre . Très propre et accueillant .

Hervé Duval-Gatignol Court mais agréable séjour
Notre famille a séjourné deux nuits au gîte Ker Louise pour fêter l'anniversaire de notre fils. L'ensemble du gîte ainsi que sa dépendance étaient extrêmement propres et bien tenus. Les équipements sont nombreux et il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour. Mme Renault a été particulièrement disponible pour nous et a répondu à chacune de nos questions avec grande efficacité.
Nous aurons vraiment plaisir à revenir y séjourner et tenons à souligner qu'il s'agissait certainement du gîte le plus propre que nous avons réservé de toute notre vie. Un grand bravo pour la rigueur et le sérieux des propriétaires, et nos remerciements pour avoir rendu ce séjour inoubliable.

Il manque juste un sanitaire commun.
