In the heart of the village of Le Vivier sur Mer, 400m from the beach and the sea, this stone house welcomes you in a bright and cosy apartment, ideal for a couple with a child up to 12 years old. Close to shops and services, you're just 7km from Dol de Bretagne, 17.5km from the banks of the Rance and 24.5km from Mont Saint-Michel.
On the 1st floor, with access via a shared interior staircase: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa, shower room and separate toilet. On the mezzanine: a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a small adjoining bedroom with an 80x190 bed. Easy, free parking in the immediate vicinity on the church square.

Séjour au calme dans ce petit village de bord de mer avec un accueille très agréable et de petites attentions culinaires. Appartement fonctionnel et parfaitement situé pour visiter la région (Mont St Michel, Dinan, Cancale, St malot, Mont Dol) Tout à moins de 30 Km. Un tout petit bémol sur la literie qu'il faut penser à changer mais rien de rédhibitoire, je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Emplacement idéal dans un village calme et très bien situé pour découvrir cette magnifique région.
Propriétaire sympathique, accueillante et réactive.
Si nous devions mettre un bémol : la taille du lit et le manque d'un petit espace extérieur, mais ça serait être tatillons !

Binous Gite super et bien situé
Clair, propre et bien situé entre Cancal et le Mont Saint Michel.
Rien ne manque. En cette période hivernale nous n'avons pas eu froid. Stationnement facile.
La boulangerie sur la place est un plus : le pain, la bûche et les sandwichs ont été très appréciés. Une petite supérette est également sur la place.
Quant aux moules, huitres, crevettes et autres poissons ne sont pas loin le long de la grève.
