In the heart of the village of Le Vivier sur Mer, 400m from the beach and the sea, this stone house welcomes you in a bright and cosy apartment, ideal for a couple with a child up to 12 years old. Close to shops and services, you're just 7km from Dol de Bretagne, 17.5km from the banks of the Rance and 24.5km from Mont Saint-Michel.

On the 1st floor, with access via a shared interior staircase: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa, shower room and separate toilet. On the mezzanine: a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a small adjoining bedroom with an 80x190 bed. Easy, free parking in the immediate vicinity on the church square.

    Séjour agréable

    Studio agréable, que nous avons choisi pour sa situation à mi-chemin entre le Mont Saint Michel et Saint-Malo. Et en effet ce fut un bon choix puisque les deux sont accessibles en 30min environs.
    L'appartement est tout près de la mer, mais pas d'une plage. Il est très bien situé, au centre du village et juste à côté d'un parking, à quelques pas de la boulangerie.
    Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants, disponibles et honnêtes ! Merci pour ce séjour.

    Bon séjour

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons été bien accueilli par les propriétaires.
    Le gîte est bien aménagé et bien situé (proche du Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, cancale, Dinard…).

    Super accueil dés notre arrivée, avec un panier de bienvenue qui fait vraiment plaisir
    Le gîte est cosy, bien équipé et situé dans un petit village plein de charme typiquement breton.
    C'est un point de départ parfait pour visiter le Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo, Dinard ou encore Dinan.
    Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous le recommanderons volontiers à nos amis
