Welcome to this colorful apartment! Its privileged location in the heart of the village gives you easy access to local shops. Need a breath of fresh air? Just 50 m away on foot, marvel at the Mont-Saint-Michel bay in the heart of the typical village of Cherrueix, and try your hand at sand yachting on the Beach. Heritage lovers? Visit the Petite Cité de Caractère in Dol de Bretagne, 10 km away, and the famous Mont Saint-Michel Abbey, 24 km away. Explore the treasures of the Emerald Coast: Cancale and its oyster beds 20 km away, the corsair city of Saint-Malo and its ramparts 27 km away or Dinard and its "Belle époque" villas 34 km away.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the bakery in the center of Cherrueix.
It is accessed by an internal staircase and comprises on the same level :
- a living room with lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen,
- 2 bedrooms (accessible by a step at the entrance), each with a 140 x 190 cm bed,
- bathroom with bath and washing machine,
- separate WC.
Dedicated street parking for Holiday cottage.
Also available: a garage opposite the Holiday cottage for storing bicycles or sports equipment.
This Holiday cottage is close to another Gîtes de France® accommodation (35G122912) run by the same owner and adjoining her home.

J'ai souhaité ouvrir des gîtes pour que mes clients puissent visiter la magnifique baie du Mont Saint-Michel mais aussi se poser dans ce petit village typique de Cherrueix, le seul qui ne soit pas traversé par la nationale. Ici, il fait bon vivre et les commerçants, associations et moi-même seront ravis de vous y accueillir ! A très vite !

L'emplacement de gite est fabuleux. L'océan à quelques pats, le village est très mignon, une boulangerie juste à côté. Nous avons profité pleinement l'océan.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, Ségolène est très attentive et bienveillante.

En couple, mais aussi en déplacement professionnel, c'est un charmant pied à terre à 1 mn de la plage, et de 2 restaurants très sympas. Idéalement situé entre Cancale et Mont-Saint-Michel, le plus proche de ces derniers, très bien, équipé, très calme et confortable. En plein cœur du village pour ne rien gâcher. Ségolène est une charmante hôte qui prend soin de ses invités. Pour résumer, nous recommandons chaudement.

L'accueil de Ségolène est très sympathique, sourire, conseils, cadeaux d'accueil (petits gâteaux, cidre, crêpes et caramel maison). Nous sentons clairement que l'aspect financier n'est absolument pas la première motivation de la propriétaire. Une réelle volonté de faire revivre ce logement en accueillant des touristes fait que nous nous sentons très bien dans ce logement, habité de belles âmes.
Le gîte est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Très très bien placé (au coeur du village et à 50m de la plage !).
Nous reviendrons !
