This fully-renovated, detached stone house offers a pleasant, peaceful setting for your stay. This well-equipped, tastefully decorated gîte is sure to please! Outside, you'll enjoy a shaded terrace and a lovely south-facing garden. Bicycles are available for all your outings. Discover the charm of the banks of the Rance and Saint-Suliac, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, 11 kilometers away, visit the corsair town of Saint-Malo, 21 kilometers away, stroll through the gardens of Château de Montmarin in Pleurtuit, 23 kilometers away, or admire the belle époque villas in Dinard, 24 kilometers away.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 levels.
First floor:
- a large living room with fireplace, dining room and open-plan kitchen,
- a laundry room,
- separate toilet with washbasin
Second floor:
- a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a relaxation area with sofa
- bathroom with shower
- separate toilet
Second floor:
- an attic bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 cm
- a bathroom with shower and WC.
For health reasons, or in case of allergies of future guests, pets are not allowed in the rooms. We only accept dogs.

    Tip top

    Un petit nid douillet au milieu de la campagne bretonne. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner vers de nombreux sites. De nombreux choses à visiter à moins de 20 minutes ou une demi-heure.

    Nous y reviendrons.

    We got a wonderful welcome from our hosts. They were waiting to greet us on arrival and again to say au revoir. They were very helpful as I had a médical problem and needed help to find an ophthalmologist. It is very well situâted for visit inf in région and we enjoyed trips to St Malo Dinan, Dinard. We would gladly reccommend this gite and would return again.

    Gîte bien équipé

    Un gîte bien équipé, au calme, avec un beau jardin, en pleine verdure et bien situé pour visiter les environs.Dommage que dans la rue du gîte on trouve à plusieurs endroits des dépôts sauvages ainsi qu'un cimetière de voitures et autres vieilles carcasses.

    Avec tous mes remerciements pour l'avis sur notre gîte. Concernant les dépôts, en fait , c'est dû à des maisons en rénovation, Ce n'est que provisoire. Sinon, pour les voitures, qui se trouvent à l'autre bout du hameau, c'est un revendeur de pièces détachées et qui doit construire un entrepôt dans son champ adjacent.
