Outside, you'll enjoy a shaded terrace and a lovely south-facing garden. Bicycles are available for all your outings. Discover the charm of the banks of the Rance and Saint-Suliac, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, 11 kilometers away, visit the corsair town of Saint-Malo, 21 kilometers away, stroll through the gardens of Château de Montmarin in Pleurtuit, 23 kilometers away, or admire the belle époque villas in Dinard, 24 kilometers away.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 levels.
First floor:
- a large living room with fireplace, dining room and open-plan kitchen,

- separate toilet with washbasin
Second floor:
- a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a relaxation area with sofa
- bathroom with shower

Second floor:
- an attic bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 cm
- a bathroom with shower and WC.
For health reasons, or in case of allergies of future guests, pets are not allowed in the rooms. We only accept dogs.
