With its carefully chosen decor, you'll appreciate the brightness of the living room, thanks to the bay window overlooking the dreamy garden. Outside, lounge on the deckchairs or choose one of the garden furniture sets for convivial moments.
For all your local outings, you're just a 500-meter walk from the center of Pleurtuit and its shops. If you're looking for a pleasant ride, 3 bicycles are available free of charge: the greenway from Dinard to Dinan is just 350 meters from the Holiday cottage!
The Emerald Coast and its treasures await you: the Pointe de Cancaval, the Rance estuary and its tide mills 5 km away, Dinard and its sandy beaches 6 km away, the corsair town of Saint-Malo 15 km away, the medieval town of Dinan 17 km away, Cancale and its oyster beds 30 km away, Cap Fréhel 35 km away and, of course, the unmissable Mont-Saint-Michel and its bay 53 km away.
This Holiday cottage, accessible on one level, is organized as follows:

Gîte idéalement situé pour découvrir la Côte d'Emeraude Cancale St Malo Dinard Dinan. Equipements parfaits de qualité, rien ne manque. Extrême propreté. Accueil charmant et nombreuses attentions du propriétaire. Très agréable jardin. Quartier très calme.

Grobbendonk Fantastic holiday home
We have holidayed in France for over 20 years, in all regions, and this is by a long way the best holiday accommodation we have rented. Spotlessly presented and a very welcoming host who looked after us above and beyond throughout our stay. Exceptionally well equipped - there was nothing that we needed. Beautiful secluded private garden with garden furniture and BBQ complete with utensils and fuel. 3 bicycles and helmets available in the garage. 2 TVs with a UK channel and Netflix. A plethora of tourist info supplies. Pleurisy is a typical French town with everything you need, and the house is walkable to the very large SuperU supermarket. Off road parking, and regular bus service around the area if needed. I cannot praise this property highly enough. Book it - you won’t regret it!

Alain Un logement pratique, bien équipé et bien situé
Le gîte est très bien conçu et agencé. Il dispose d'un équipement très complet, tant intérieur qu'extérieur. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pieds à peine du Super U. Le centre ville est à 5-10 minutes en voiture ou en vélo.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs. Des petites attentions qui ont ravis notre palais nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Les vélos mis à disposition sont un réel plus, permettant de découvrir les nombreux coins natures ou historique, ainsi que autres panoramas de la région.

Laurent 95 Gîte charmant et accueillant
Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et ont organisé le gîte de façon soignée, que ce soit sur le plan du décor ou de ce qu'ils mettent à disposition pour rendre le séjour convivial.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et les propriétaires proposent même des bicyclettes que nous n'avons malheureusement pas utilisées car ma météo était très froide (hiver).
Nul doute que ce gîte, en proximité de la voie verte, doit être également très agréable l'été avec son jardin et sa terrasse.
