This traditional house offers a pleasant vacation setting on the Emerald Coast. Comfortably furnished and atypical, it offers beautiful, convivial spaces ideal for relaxation: let yourself daydream in the library with its many references, curl up on the sofa in the living room next to the fireplace, or enjoy the flower-filled garden in fine weather. You're just 500 meters from the village and its shops. Are you a hiking enthusiast? Just 200 m away, take the famous GR34 trail to Mont-Saint-Michel, 30 km away. Ideally located for visiting the surrounding area, you're 10 km from Cancale and its beaches, and 12 km from the corsair town of Saint-Malo or the Petite Cité de Caractère of Dol de Bretagne.
This Holiday cottage is on 2 levels.
First floor:
- a living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room with fireplace,
- a library with a relaxation area opening onto the terrace and garden,
- an office with a sofa bed for a child or teenager
- a bathroom with bath, laundry area and WC.
Upstairs:
- two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed

Lieu idéalement bien placée , propre, fonctionnel, très agréable, l’impression d’être comme à la maison nous sommes venu avec une ado 14 ans et un bébé de 3 mois , pas loin de la baie pour les balades le soir 10 min de Cancale, 20 min saint Malo, petit magasin de proximité le jardin est un vrai plus surtout avec un chien ( et je rassure les prochains vacanciers l’arbre au dessus la terrasse ne nous a aucunement gênée ) que dire de plus c’était une magnifique week-end et la maison en a fait grandement partie

Gite chaleureux, très bien équipé et de plus idéalement placé au calme juste à 2mm à pieds de la baie, des ostréiculteurs et des commerces.
Nous le recommandons.PS : Seul petit point négatif, la terrasse est inutilisable en automne avec l'olivier au dessus qui perd ses feuilles et ses fruits.

Bon séjour, location conforme à nos attentes. Le seul bémol dans le jardin impossible de manger dehors sur la terrasse car un arbre au dessus de la terrasse perdait des fleurs en permanence. Il faudrait mettre une toile style voile de bateau au dessus de la terrasse pour les locataires pour pouvoir bénéficier de cet espace. Par contre la table extérieur en bois est un peu vétuste et mériterait d être changée.

Merci pour votre avis ! Pour l Olivier oui il nous a été signalé une coupe est prévu mais ce n est malheureusement pas la bonne période , je suis désolée que le parasol mis à votre disposition n ait pas suffit nous allons nous pencher sur la question . Pour la table , son remplacement est aussi prévue .

Philip Nice house, well located, all necessary amenities
Pleasant stay in a beautiful environment. The cottage is equipped with all comforts. Beautiful large garden and parking space for the car. Bakery and grocery store within walking distance.
