Plobannalec Lesconil is ideally located at the crossroads of the Bigouden fishing ports, so you can watch the boats return and buy fresh fish on the LOCTUDY or GUILVINEC quays in the late afternoon. From Lesconil, you can follow the many hiking trails (GR 34). There's no shortage of places to visit: manor houses, chapels, lighthouses and semaphores. Enjoy the fine sandy beaches, the local gastronomy and visit the Pointe de la Torche, well known to surfers, the Pointe de Penmarc'h (and its famous Eckmühl lighthouse), Ile Tudy, Sainte Marine and a little further afield: Pont Aven, Concarneau and its walled town, Quimper, Locronan, Audierne and La Pointe du Raz.
