Just 500m from the inlet and at the start of the hiking trails (GR 34 Natura 2000 area), this gîte is ideally located for visiting the various sites of Finistère (Crozon peninsula, Pointe Saint Mathieu, Oceanopolis, departure for the islands of OUESSANT, MOLENE, SEIN...). The Rostiviec beach is ideal for swimming, fishing and water sports. House entirely renovated with natural materials. The interior has retained the charm of traditional houses.

Located by the sea on the Loperhet peninsula, direct access to the sea via the GR34. Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, laundry room, small veranda. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), shower room, wc. 2nd floor (via steep staircase): mezzanine with study and sitting room. Enclosed garden with lounge, barbecue and terrace.

    Bol d'air breton

    Correspond très bien à l’annonce faite par les Gîtes de France.
    On y est bien, au calme , entre bocages bretons et mer tranquilles.
    Tout est bien organisé, et les possibilités de randonnées et visites locales bien présentées par le propriétaire bien accueillant .
    Un gîte qui nous a parfaitement convenu .

    La Bretagne en mode canicule

    Malgré la chaleur, une semaine en Bretagne très agréable notamment grâce aux conseils avisés de notre hôte.
    S'agissant du gîte, il correspond parfaitement au descriptif et sa localisation est excellente par rapport aux lieux à visiter et aux différentes attractions et randonnées à faire dans cette belle région.
    Le seul regret : la durée trop courte de notre séjour !!!

    confortable et calme

    gite tres confortable. autant en interieur qu'en exterieur.

    Un equipement parfait.
    Chaleureux accueil du propietaire
    Nous y avons sejourné tres agreablement une semsaine

    Nous avons suggeré l'installation d'un WC a la buanderie, qui eviterait de monter à l'etage dans la journée.

    Gite très agréable , calme et très bien situé . Très bon accueil du propriétaire .
    Petit être l'évier et la robinetterie de la cuisine à revoir ! Autrement rien à redire .

    Ce gite est bien situé et bien équipé, propreté irréprochable. Le petit jardin agréable, fleuri et parfumé, permet de manger dehors confortablement â 4 personnes.

    Petit inconvénient, la place de parking permet de garer une seule voiture ou au grand maximum deux motos.

    La région est superbe, nous y avons passé deux semaines et il nous reste tant à découvrir...
