Just 500m from the inlet and at the start of the hiking trails (GR 34 Natura 2000 area), this gîte is ideally located for visiting the various sites of Finistère (Crozon peninsula, Pointe Saint Mathieu, Oceanopolis, departure for the islands of OUESSANT, MOLENE, SEIN...). The Rostiviec beach is ideal for swimming, fishing and water sports. House entirely renovated with natural materials. The interior has retained the charm of traditional houses.

Located by the sea on the Loperhet peninsula, direct access to the sea via the GR34. Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, laundry room, small veranda. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), shower room, wc. 2nd floor (via steep staircase): mezzanine with study and sitting room.     Séjour avril 2026

    Gite bien équipé, bien situé. Les escaliers sont assez raides, correct pour aller au 1er étage, difficile pour le second. Maison ancienne, très sonore, aux murs épais qui gardent la fraîcheur. Wifi performant.
    2 semaines passées avec un temps magnifique !

    Campagne

    Le logement est bien mais le fait de parler en kWh la consommation d'électricité par jour n'est pas simple. Nous nous sommes restreint en évitant d'utiliser le four et le chauffage électrique de peur de trop consommer.

    Comme indiqué de manière claire et transparente dans l'annonce ainsi que dans le contrat, un forfait de 56 kWh par semaine est inclus. Celui-ci correspond à une consommation standard du gîte, hors usage intensif du chauffage. Cette information vous a également été réexpliquée lors de votre accueil.
    Le relevé effectué à votre départ faisait état d'une consommation de 20 kWh pour 4 adultes, soit largement en dessous du forfait inclus.
    Aucune restriction d'usage des équipements n'était nécessaire durant votre séjour, le soleil étant parmi nous.
    Nous sommes désolés si cette information a pu vous sembler complexe, mais elle est prévue pour être juste équitable et éviter les abus.

    Un accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire et de très belles explications pour visiter
    Gîte aussi très chaleureux
    Très propre spacieux très joli et typique
    Beaucoup de randonnées et de visites de belles découvertes
