Between land and sea, in the countryside, close to hiking trails, this vacation rental will be both a place to rest and your starting point for discovering Finistère.

In the countryside, just 10 minutes from the sea, between Brest and Daoulas, we’ve converted the old bread oven of a renovated 19th-century farmhouse into a holiday cottage for two people, with space for an additional baby or toddler. Ideally situated between land and the Sea, in the Countryside, just 3 km from hiking trails, this holiday cottage will serve as both a place to relax and your starting point for exploring Finistère. You’ll be right at the gateway to the Armorique Regional Nature Park in a peaceful setting. Hikers will enjoy the coastal trails around Brest Harbor and the paths through the Monts d’Arrée. Trout fishing enthusiasts can enjoy themselves in a small river (La Mignonne) and Lake Drennec. You can visit Daoulas, with its abbey and museum; Landerneau, with its inhabited bridge; Brest and the Océanopolis aquarium; the Pays des Abers; and Plougastel-Daoulas, known for its famous strawberries, its strawberry museum, and its calvary. A little further south, you’ll explore the magnificent Crozon Peninsula—and why not venture on to Quimper, Pont-Aven, and Concarneau? As for cultural heritage, the parish enclosures and the Basilica of Folgoët are also worth a visit.
