Sailing trip on a 10-m sailboat, included in the rental, to Concarneau or the Glénan Islands, depending on weather and skipper availability.
Here, we've thought of everything to ensure your well-being: an indoor pool heated to 30°C for year-round enjoyment, high-quality renovation using ecological materials (hemp-lime, solid wood, solar panels for electricity and water, etc.), spaciousness and personalized decoration! Close to the sea, beaches, surf and kite spots, this beautiful house is located between the Pointe du Raz and the Pointe de la Torche, ideal for discovering South Finistère!
Superb, charmingly renovated house with 70m² private indoor pool. On the first floor, there's a lovely kitchen with its long central island, and a warm, cocooning living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and its own private shower room with toilet and large Italian shower. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 160x200 and access to a suspended balcony with unobstructed views of the countryside and sea, a shower room with Italian shower and double vanity unit, and a separate toilet. Connected TV (netflix......) Outside, a lovely terrace with sun loungers, a large fixed barbecue, a covered terrace with garden furniture and darts, a lovely petanque court. Indoor pool heated to 30°C, 4x7m, 1.50m deep. Bikes and motorcycles can be parked in the shed. Close to the owners' house, completely independent and not overlooked. Ample parking available.

Wonderful Stay
5/5we rented both houses on the property. The houses are exceptionally well equipped and offer every conceivable comfort including a spacious covered pool and a large Jacuzzi. The interiors give an elegant impression and have been carefully selected. A very high end location! The owners Andrea from the UK and Nicolas from Quimper are warm-hearted hosts who offer their guests a wonderful stay. This includes a trip on Nicolas' sailing yacht, which we took advantage of - a very special experience. We had a great week and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Superbes vacances en famille
5/5Nous avons passé un superbe séjour familial en Bretagne. Accueil très chaleureux de Nicolas et sa femme avec un panier gourmand délicieux et de nombreux conseils pour découvrir au mieux la région. La maison est très confortable, propre et équipée à la perfection. Merci au capitaine qui nous a fait découvrir les îles Glenan à bord de son voilier c était un très bon moment. Merci encore

Merveilleux séjour

Très beau gîte
5/5Très beau séjour dans ce gîte avec un très bon accueil des propriétaires. Une belle région et une très belle journée en mer sur le voilier du propriétaire jusqu’au îles de Glenan .
