Welcome to this house in the Bigouden region, just 4.5km from the sea. Enjoy the many beaches of Audierne Bay. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the hiking trail 1km from the gîte, as well as the GR34 for long strolls along the seafront.
Semi-detached house renovated in 2017, adjoining the owners' house with independent entrance and outdoor areas. A practical entrance hatch, a large room with a view of nature and the park, including a kitchen opening onto a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), with private bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a bathroom with toilet. Reinforced socket for electric vehicle shared by 2 Holiday cottages (charge payable).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Peumérit à la ferme de Lesmadec.
Logement et environnement particulièrement soigné.L’accueil aussi, aux petits soins des estivants. Nous avons pu découvrir le pays Bigouden avec ses chapelles fontaines menhirs et dolmens.

Gitard Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes dans un cadre exceptionnel et calme.
Le gîte est fonctionnel et décoré avec goût.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec sa grande table.
Le jardin est magnifique, et les équipements permettent de se reposer et de s’amuser en famille.
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires sympathiques, avenants et à notre écoute.

Un gîte spacieux où rien de manque, décoré avec soin, idéalement situé pour découvrir le Pays Bigouden, dans un superbe parc où l'on entend le chant des oiseaux…
