Welcome to this house in the Bigouden region, just 4.5km from the sea. Enjoy the many beaches of Audierne Bay. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the hiking trail 1km from the gîte, as well as the GR34 for long strolls along the seafront.
Semi-detached house renovated in 2017, adjoining the owners' house with independent entrance and outdoor areas. A practical entrance hatch, a large room with a view of nature and the park, including a kitchen opening onto a living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), with private bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a bathroom with toilet. Reinforced socket for electric vehicle shared by 2 Holiday cottages (charge payable).

Rose Very nice Gite
A very well equipped Gite in a quiet rural area, but fairly close to a small hamlet with a little shop and bar. The garden was lovely and had plenty of space for children to play. The owners had ducks, chickens and goats in an enclosure well away from the Gite.
The sofa, arm chairs and beds were very comfortable, with good quality bed linen.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my French was not good enough for conversation.- Cleanliness
