Between Léon and Trégor, Morlaix Bay offers a remarkable landscape punctuated by islands and islets such as Île Louet and Château du Taureau. Popular with artists in the 1900s, the Carantec peninsula is indissociable from Ile Callot, which can be reached on foot at low tide. Set off to discover its sandy coves, the points of Plougasnou or Locquirec, and you'll be won over! At the top of a steep peninsula in the Bay of Morlaix, discover the Cairn de Barnenez, listed as a National Monument. Located not far from Morlaix, it's the largest megalithic mausoleum in Europe and one of the oldest monuments in the world! During your stay, you can also visit the town of Morlaix, strolling through its narrow streets and beautiful half-timbered houses, strolling along the port and admiring its impressive viaduct.
Welcome to this detached house with sea view and enclosed garden (plants + fencing). Inside, on the first floor, you'll find a large living room with kitchen, a sitting room with pellet stove, a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, and a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200). In the basement, you'll find a garage with laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer), a ping-pong table and children's games. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with sea view, and children can play safely in the enclosed garden. For your comfort, the bed is made on arrival and towels are provided.

Anne Agréable sejour en Bretagne
Excellent sejour dans un gite très agréable benéficiant d'une superbe vue, au gré des marées. Après un accueil discret, on decouvre seul un gite propre, bien agencé et très confortable. Le panier cadeau d'accueil est assez conséquent, et compense la discrétion de l'accueil.
Le gite est situé dans une zone résidencielle, très tranquille, proche du village et des ses commodités. Morlaix est tout proche, l'accès aux routes pour une visite de la région est facile.
Si l'occasion se présente nous y reviendrons sans hesitation, merci à Boris pour les bons soins.- Cleanliness

Philippe confort, vue et intimité
Séjour très agréable dans un gîte très bien équipé et une magnifique vue. Environnement calme et intimité garantie. La literie est confortable et l'aménagement intérieur est très fonctionnel.
Un petit plus très apprécié, la présence d'une table de ping pong au sous-sol.
Laurence, la propriétaire, nous a fait un accueil chaleureux laissant à notre disposition un assortiment de gourmandises bretonnes.

Patten Perfecte plaats om te gaan ontstressen
Voortdurend wijzigend panoramisch zicht op de baai van Morlaix met zijn getijden. En wie houdt van steeds veranderende weersomstandigheden (september!) is er aan het juiste adres.
Zeer rustig gelegen huis met alle comfort. Dicht bij steden zoals Roscoff en Brest... En wie van seafood houdt is er aan het juiste adres.- Cleanliness

Magnifique maison ou nous avons passé un séjour très reposant. Maison très confortable avec vue sur la baie. Endroit très calme ou nous avons bien profité de la terrasse avec une semaine ensoleillée. Nous avons été accueilli par la maman de la propriétaire très sympathique et à notre départ nous avons rencontré Laurence la propriétaire tout autant sympathique. Merci pour tout.

nico super logis
Nous avons fait le bon choix, un gîte super et une vue magnifique surtout avec le soleil. Avec les baies vitrées beaucoup de lumière, maison spacieuse...Pas de bruit au calme....Merci à Mme Le Mer pour les gâteries..Pour les courses, super aussi à PLOUEZOC'H, boucherie, charcuterie, traiteur et épicerie, pas besoin de faire des kilomètres..une boulangerie également. Nous recommandons vivement cette location
