Between Léon and Trégor, Morlaix Bay offers a remarkable landscape punctuated by islands and islets such as Île Louet and Château du Taureau. Popular with artists in the 1900s, the Carantec peninsula is indissociable from Ile Callot, which can be reached on foot at low tide. Set off to discover its sandy coves, the points of Plougasnou or Locquirec, and you'll be won over! At the top of a steep peninsula in the Bay of Morlaix, discover the Cairn de Barnenez, listed as a National Monument. Located not far from Morlaix, it's the largest megalithic mausoleum in Europe and one of the oldest monuments in the world! During your stay, you can also visit the town of Morlaix, strolling through its narrow streets and beautiful half-timbered houses, strolling along the port and admiring its impressive viaduct.
Welcome to this detached house with sea view and enclosed garden (plants + fencing). Inside, on the first floor, you'll find a large living room with kitchen, a sitting room with pellet stove, a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, and a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200). In the basement, you'll find a garage with laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer), a ping-pong table and children's games. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with sea view, and children can play safely in the enclosed garden. For your comfort, the bed is made on arrival and towels are provided.

FRANCOPHILE An amazing stay
This is an amazing part of Brittany. There are lots of walks which kept us very fit, and our 2 week stay went very quickly. The Cafe Du Port which is a 20 min walk (return uphill) provided some pleasant meals and a break from self catering.
The house had everything you could possibly want to make you feel home from home. Laurence was a wonderful hostess and we loved our stay.

Ruud & Ties Heerlijk verblijf!
WOW!Dat was onze 1e reactie toen we Chamalo binnenstapten. Wat een licht, wat een uitzicht. Door de grote ramen is buiten binnen en andersom. De serre is ook een grote plus. Is het weer wat minder kun je hier heerlijk vertoeven en tot 's avonds laat genieten van de zonsondergang. Alles wat je kunt bedenken is aanwezig en meer. Prima bedden. En zo rustig... kortom klasse!
Daarbij is Laurence altijd bereikbaar als je vragen hebt, bedankt!- Cleanliness

BRETON JE SUIS ETERNELLE BRETAGNE
Indépendamment du temps que nous avons eu, qui, je dois le dire, fut un véritable temps breton à savoir pluie puis soleil puis pluie puis soleil (etc. etc.), ce fut un tout à fait agréable séjour. La maison est formidablement bien exposée avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de MORLAIX qui bien évidemment change complétement de physionomie plusieurs fois par jour. Cette maison d'une clarté sans défaut se pose comme un véritable havre de paix où le calme règne en maitre absolu. Donc séjour irréprochable. Le seul petit reproche que je me permettrais de faire et qui s'adresse en fait au gite de FRANCE, porte sur le manque de rigueur (si j'ose dire) à propos de l'indication de l'adresse du gite. En effet sur les documents communiqués par les gites de FRANCE il est indiqué comme commune PLOUEZOC'H alors qu'en fait la maison se trouve dans un lieu dit "LE DOURDUF en Mer" (sans doute un hameau du village principal), et situé à environ deux KM, cette particularité n'est, sauf erreur de ma part, mentionné nulle part sur la documentation remise par les gites. Je vous assure que c'est largement suffisant pour "affoler" un G.P.S.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique ensoleillée dans une maison décorée avec beaucoup de bon goût, offrant une vue exeptionelle .La région est très belle.Il ya beaucoup à voir.Une adresse à souvenir .
