This Holiday cottage is located just 200 m from the Sea, which you can see from the terrace at high tide!
Hikers will be delighted as they can follow the GR34 along the Sea: a total change of scenery! To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the owners have taken great care to furnish this Holiday cottage.
If you prefer to relax on site, the grounds are a real invitation to unwind!
1 km from the beaches of Kermagen and Brestran, 2 km from the center of Pleubian, 13 km from Tréguier (a pretty town full of character) and 15 km from Paimpol.
Your vacation rental, mainly on one level, includes :
First floor:
Living room with well-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto beautiful 40 m² terrace with Sea view (TV netflix compatible), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room (Italian shower with wc).
New in 2025: for maximum comfort, the first floor features :
A large living room with a Sea view (long view available) and office area, separate toilet.
Outside:
An annex with washing machine and bike storage.
Terrace of 40 m².
Partially enclosed grounds of 1500 m².

PeRa Wohlfühlhaus
Schönes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück, prima auch das kleine Nebengebäude zum Abstellen der Fahrräder. Die Halbinsel lässt sich gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden, auf den kleinen Sträßchen ist nicht viel Verkehr.
Sehr netter Empfang durch Sophie, vielen Dank für Cidre und Kekse. Im Erdgeschoss finden 2 Personen alles Nötige, auch ein sehr bequemes Bett, und das Dachgeschoss ist ein zusätzliches Plus zum Arbeiten oder auch auf dem Sofa entspannen. Für den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse stehen Liegen und mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten bereit.
Ganz ruhige Lage, aber nur knapp 2 km ins Zentrum von Pleubian mit Bäcker, Metzger, Fischhändler, 2 Supermärkten und einem schönen Markt am Samstag.
Für Austernfreunde sehr empfehlenswert ist die Austernbar Huitres Chaumard, auch gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Den Blick vom Esstisch oder der Terrasse auf das Meer, das sich im Wandel der Gezeiten immer anders präsentiert, haben wir sehr genossen. Der GR34 ist ganz nah und ein netter kleiner Badestrand auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Alles in allem also ein perfektes Ferienhaus, das wir jetzt schon vermissen.- Cleanliness

PCO Le gîte porte bien son nom de Ty Laouen
Séjour inoubliable dans un gîte où l'on se sent comme chez soi tant au niveau de l'aménagement que de l'équipement. Sophie est attentive à notre confort et disponible si besoin.
De plus la vue est imprenable et des visiteurs tels que biche et faon, lièvre et autres nous ont agréablement surpris.

EFD9 Superbe !!!
Deuxième séjour de 2 semaines dans ce magnifique gîte, moderne, clair, parfaitement équipé et hyper bien situé dans un endroit calme à proximité de la mer qu'on aperçoit depuis la terrasse
Madame Thomas, la propriétaire, est extrêmement sympathique et accueillante et fait le maximum pour le confort de ses locataires ( le matelas un peu dur a été changé suite à une précédente demande!!)
Une adresse à conserver précieusement mais à ne pas trop partager pour s'assurer de pouvoir revenir pour un nouveau séjour tant le planning de réservation se remplit rapidement...- Cleanliness

Un séjour de plus dans ce magnifique gîte, toujours aussi bien accueillis par les très tres sympathiques propriétaires, toujours disponibles et faisant tout pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Le gîte devient de plus en plus cosy avec les modifications apportées, on profite encore mieux de la vue sur la mer. Le gîte est toujours aussi nickel à notre arrivée. Hâte de revenir, surtout après une merveilleuse semaine ensoleillée.
