This Holiday cottage is located just 200 m from the Sea, which you can see from the terrace at high tide!
Hikers will be delighted as they can follow the GR34 along the Sea: a total change of scenery! To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the owners have taken great care to furnish this Holiday cottage.
If you prefer to relax on site, the grounds are a real invitation to unwind!
1 km from the beaches of Kermagen and Brestran, 2 km from the center of Pleubian, 13 km from Tréguier (a pretty town full of character) and 15 km from Paimpol.
Your vacation rental, mainly on one level, includes :
First floor:
Living room with well-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto beautiful 40 m² terrace with Sea view (TV netflix compatible), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room (Italian shower with wc).
New in 2025: for maximum comfort, the first floor features :
A large living room with a Sea view (long view available) and office area, separate toilet.
Outside:
An annex with washing machine and bike storage.
Terrace of 40 m².
Partially enclosed grounds of 1500 m².

Martine et Olivier Une très agréable semaine
Deuxième séjour à « Ty Laouen », toujours aussi chaleureusement accueillis par Madame Thomas. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce gîte - toujours aussi bien entretenu et équipé - apprécié à nouveau le calme ainsi que la vue sur la campagne et la mer. Enchantés, nous reviendrons !

Sofi Séjour bord de mer
Très charmant et chaleureux gîte avec vue sur la mer et tout le confort.
Lieu idéal pour se reposer, marcher(Gr34) à 50m du gite,visiter,profiter du bord de mer.

Deuxième séjour à Ty Laouen à Pleubian et certainement pas le dernier.
Gite très bien placé à proximité du GR34, très bien équipé et parfaitement propre à nôtre arrivée. Calme assuré.
Le centre bourg est accessible à pied en un peu plus de 15 minutes avec tous les commerces de proximité.
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Sophie et Claude et délicates attentions à notre arrivée dans le gite.
