2 km from the beautiful family beaches of Perros Guirec, in a residential area, the Holiday cottage "Ty Kaol bis", adjoining another cottage n°22G122054, belonging to the same owners, welcomes you in a pleasant and comfortable setting. When you return from a walk along the customs path, you can relax on the sheltered terrace, depending on the weather. 2 km from Perros city center, 4.8 km from Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015, 7.3 km from Trégastel, and 12 km from Lannion.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room and separate toilet. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte. On serait bien resté une semaine de plus! A l'arrivée, nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver un logement identique aux photos, parfaitement équipé, très lumineux et très confortable. Mme Le Bihan nous a chaleureusement accueilli et nous a bien conseillé dans nos visites locales. Encore merci pour tout!

NG Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le logement est au calme et vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes en voiture de toutes commodités.
