2 km from the beautiful family beaches of Perros Guirec, in a residential area, the Holiday cottage "Ty Kaol bis", adjoining another cottage n°22G122054, belonging to the same owners, welcomes you in a pleasant and comfortable setting. When you return from a walk along the customs path, you can relax on the sheltered terrace, depending on the weather. 2 km from Perros city center, 4.8 km from Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015, 7.3 km from Trégastel, and 12 km from Lannion.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) and (2 beds 90x200), toilet area (toilet and washbasin). 30 m² terrace at the rear, courtyard and grounds of approx. 100 m². Bicycle shed available.

Gretand Excellent sejour
Maison très confortable, très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable, située dans un quartier très calme, à quelques minutes du centre de Perros et des plages. Excellent accueil des propriétaires, généreux et très réactifs. Nous venons souvent à Perros-Guirec pour les vacances, et c'est certainement l'un de nos meilleurs séjours !

Dom Très bon séjour
Gite très bien situé pour visiter la région, très propre, confortable et très bien équipé.
Le quartier est très calme, supermarché à proximité.
La propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ces hôtes et très réactive.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Famille de l'Oise Parfait
Séjour parfait , propriétaire très sympathique, très réactive. La location est à 25 mins à pied de la plage de trestaou et du centre ville. La maison est très propre , il y a tous ce qu'il faut , linge de lit et serviettes de toilettes fournis ce qui est vraiment très pratique.
Décoré avec soin , parfait pour un séjour en famille.
Nous retenons l'adresse et n'hésiterons pas à faire partager la bonne adresse.

Un accueil excellent et un gîte spacieux, tout confort, au calme, sans vis-à-vis et à 2km de la plage !
Nous avons en plus pu profiter de la navette gratuite à 5mn à pied mise à disposition par la ville pour nous rendre à la plage.

Nous avons été très bien accueillie. Location au top, maison idéal pour passer des vacances, tout a été pensé par les propriétaires pour passer un bon moment. Lieu calme, tout le confort est là, propre, fonctionnel. Je le recommande à 100%.
