2 km from the beautiful family beaches of Perros Guirec, in a residential area, the Holiday cottage "Ty Kaol bis", adjoining another cottage n°22G122054, belonging to the same owners, welcomes you in a pleasant and comfortable setting. When you return from a walk along the customs path, you can relax on the sheltered terrace, depending on the weather. 2 km from Perros city center, 4.8 km from Ploumanac'h, voted France's favorite village in 2015, 7.3 km from Trégastel, and 12 km from Lannion.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190) and (2 beds 90x200), toilet area (toilet and washbasin). 30 m² terrace at the rear, courtyard and grounds of approx. 100 m². Bicycle shed available.

Nous louons deux voir trois fois par an uniquement avec Gîte de France, c'est la meilleure location que nous ayons eue. Jusque dans les détails : qualité du linge, produits d'entretien à disposition, plusieurs rouleaux de papier toilette (ça peut faire sourire mais quand vous arrivez un Samedi en fin de journée et qu'il reste 3 feuilles sur le rouleau...) La vaisselle et les ustensiles (pas ceux achetés sur un vide grenier) La Wifi (une boxe par logement) la propreté, la qualité du chauffage. mention spéciale pour l'isolation phonique et visuelle entre les deux maisons. L'exposition Sud. La possibilité de ranger des vélos dans le chalet. Merci. Cordialement.

Un grand merci pour ce gentil commentaire, qui nous touche beaucoup. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la qualité du gîte; nous avons essayé mon mari (pour les gros travaux) et moi même (pour l'agencement ) de faire au mieux, en pensant à ce que nous nous aimerions trouver dans un gîte.

Becky Howard Beautiful gite and very lovely owners
This is the most beautiful property I have stayed in, everything you could wish for and more. Brigitte is a lovely owner, very friendly and so helpful. We had all the information we needed and had a fantastic holiday. The property is in an excellent location, and the area very quiet at night. Perros-Guirec and Trestraou beach both a short walk away, but we also made use of the excellent shuttle bus. I can't recommend highly enough, and we have already booked to return next year.
