Beautiful farmhouse renovated with taste and quality materials. Just for you, a large heated SPA (4.30m X 2.30 m) accessible 24H/24 (2 adult bathrobes provided), for a real moment of family relaxation. You'll be welcomed by the owner, who lives nearby and makes his own cider. The many animals on the farm will delight your children! Chickens, wandering sheep, peacocks and rabbits will be your companions during your vacation! Seasonal vegetables from the vegetable garden will be offered by the owner during your stay, and you can also visit an oyster farm on request. Don't miss the great beaches of Plestin Les Grèves (Plage des curés, Beg Douar, Saint Efflam...) or the famous Pink Granite Coast (30km). Lannion is 20km away, Perros Guirec 28km and Morlaix 19km. For your leisure, the owners provide 2 bicycles and 2 paddles.
Your rental comprises on the ground floor: kitchen/living room with sitting room heated by a pellet stove, comfortable and full of charm with its exposed stone walls , 1 shower room with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90x190cm twin beds. 12 m² terrace overlooking a 600 m² garden. Private courtyard at the rear of the gîte, giving access to a large SPA (4.30 m x 2.30 m), safe for children, heated between 30° and 34°, accessible 24 hours a day, with various activities: swimming against the current and aquabike. Enjoy the sheltered outdoor lounge with barbecue. Kayaks available for hire (€30 per outing). Under the shed, the owner has set up a play area for your children (darts, boules, rackets, etc.), and an electric bike with trailer for one child and 2 mountain bikes are available. Car parking next to the gîte. Outside laundry room with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Baptiste Cadre trés agréable
nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Plestin les grèves.
Le logement est situé dans les champs au calme, il n'y a pas de moustiques ( pour nous sudiste c'était royal), Léon le paon est super pour les enfants, Les chats aussi.
Paule et Pascal ont su rénover et décorer le gîte avec gout et fonctionnalité.
J'aurais cependant une suggestion de modification des canapés qui sont certes beaux mais pas très confortable, sinon tout était très bien, le gîte est équipés de tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants notamment (chaise haute, pot), même les jeux de plage :)
C'est un endroit idéal pour un séjour en famille de 4.

pHg et Cric 3 semaines de beau temps et de cordialité...
Les propriétaires sont toujours attentifs à répondre au mieux aux attentes de leurs hôtes. Le far aux pruneaux et les légumes du jardin sont un petit plus bien agréable et apprécié.
Le gîte est très agréable, confortable et bien équipé. Tous les commerces sont à quelques minutes en voiture. La région est superbe.
Les chemins de randonnées sont tout proches, les plages aux alentours sont immenses, Lannion, Morlaix mais aussi de nombreux petits villages typiques valent la visite.
Les 34° du "Spa" (en accès libre et privatif), en font un endroit de détente sans pareil.

Maëlle Super séjour!
Incroyable gîte avec un poêle idéal pour des soirées cocooning. Nous sommes ravies d'avoir pu séjourner là-bas et d'avoir profité de l'incroyable spa à 36 degrés! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles pour la moindre question/souci.
