Just for you, a large heated SPA (4.30m X 2.30 m) accessible 24H/24 (2 adult bathrobes provided), for a real moment of family relaxation. You'll be welcomed by the owner, who lives nearby and makes his own cider. The many animals on the farm will delight your children! Chickens, wandering sheep, peacocks and rabbits will be your companions during your vacation! Seasonal vegetables from the vegetable garden will be offered by the owner during your stay, and you can also visit an oyster farm on request. Don't miss the great beaches of Plestin Les Grèves (Plage des curés, Beg Douar, Saint Efflam...) or the famous Pink Granite Coast (30km). Lannion is 20km away, Perros Guirec 28km and Morlaix 19km. For your leisure, the owners provide 2 bicycles and 2 paddles.

Your rental comprises on the ground floor: kitchen/living room with sitting room heated by a pellet stove, comfortable and full of charm with its exposed stone walls , 1 shower room with shower and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90x190cm twin beds. 12 m² terrace overlooking a 600 m² garden. Private courtyard at the rear of the gîte, giving access to a large SPA (4.30 m x 2.30 m), safe for children, heated between 30° and 34°, accessible 24 hours a day, with various activities: swimming against the current and aquabike. Enjoy the sheltered outdoor lounge with barbecue. Kayaks available for hire (€30 per outing). Under the shed, the owner has set up a play area for your children (darts, boules, rackets, etc.), and an electric bike with trailer for one child and 2 mountain bikes are available. Car parking next to the gîte. Outside laundry room with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
