Set back from the small town of Pleumeur-Gautier, in the Countryside, this comfortable rental is located at the entrance to the property and guarantees total independence from the owners, who live at the back of the courtyard.
Now retired, Claire and Jean-Luc will be delighted to advise you and share with you the region's must-sees, as well as their favorite addresses, as the region has plenty to offer: starting with Tréguier (5 km), a historic city with its port, old timber-framed houses and cathedral. A little further on is Plougrescant, with its famous Gouffre, a must-see... Then there's Trestel, with its beautiful white sandy beach, and Perros Guirec (24 km), the emblematic seaside resort of the Pink Granite Coast. On the other side, Pleubian (8.7 km) with the Sillon du Talbert, Ploëzal with the Château de la Roche Jagu, Paimpol (11 km) with its Marina and, 6 km further on, the pier for the Ile de Bréhat.

Your 2-storey vacation rental comprises: Ground floor: living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 1 shower room (Italian-style shower - washing-machine dryer), separate toilet (hand-washer). 1st floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 x 140x190 bed) leading to a 2nd attic bedroom for 1 person (1 x 140x190 bed).

Outside: Private parking, paved terrace and 30 m² asphalt courtyard. The owners live on site, but do not overlook the property, allowing Kids to enjoy their garden freely. Property secured by automatic gate.
