In Saint-Julien, in a small street with little traffic, this renovated house is perfect for families wishing to stay in the Baie de St-Brieuc. All the local shops are on site, ideal for your morning pastries... But what makes this house unique is its private Piscine....rien just for you! For a complete change of scenery, don't miss an excursion to the Chaos du Gouët: young and old alike will love climbing the piles of stone that are the remains of our Armorican massif. If you prefer the beach, you can easily reach the large family beach of Les Rosaires in Plérin (17.5 km) or the more intimate Martin Beach (19 km). The Cinéland bowling and Jumpi complex is 7 km away. The Le Légué Marina with its terrace restaurants is 13.5 km away. 10 km from St-Brieuc.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: entrance hall with separate WC, living room with fitted kitchen. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 Bunk beds 90x190) (1 bed 140x190) (1 bed 140x190), shower room. Land to rear of approx. 100 m² with heated swimming pool, available from June to end-August: 6 x 3 x 1.35 m pool. Parking on the gable of the house and also possible in front of the entrance.

FLO59 un gîte au calme en pleine nature
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint Julien. Le gite est tout confort et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le gîte est à proximité de commerces et il est très bien situé pour aller se promner dans la forêt et rejoindre les chaos du gouet. Nous n'avons eu d'un seul souci : l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas.

Super séjour pour découvrir la Bretagne et les côtes d'Armor dans un village calme idéalement situé au centre de pas mal de lieux à voir dans un rayon de 1h max.
Un logement de qualité avec tous les équipements nécessaires, dans un état de propreté irréprochable. La piscine est un vrai plus auquel nous avons profité chaque jour.
Les personnes gérant le gite sont disponibles et sympathiques. Soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour...
Bref... De très bonnes vaccances pour nous dans une région magnifique et une maison idéale.- Cleanliness

GKitching Disappointed.
The main reason for booking this gite was the pool. The pool is nice enough but with a temperature of 19-22c in late July, it was hardly useable even on sunny days. Cover was broken.
Dishwasher was also broken, it had to be turned off at the electrical fuse box to stop it making a continuous noise, sadly this meant the oven hob didn’t work. We had to keep switching devices at the fuse box; far from ideal.
No grill tray, and really poor kitchen utensils, we had to buy some knives and a chopping board.
In all honesty it was disappointing, and poor for the price. We wouldn’t recommend, or visit again.

We're disappointed to discover your remarks, given that we contacted you during your stay to ask if everything was OK and you didn't mention either the dishwasher making a noise or the swimming pool temperature. Had you done so, we'd have been able to help.
The guests who arrived after you told us about these two points: the dishwasher has now been replaced and the pool is sufficiently heated.
Our gîte is classified as a "3 epis" and has all the required materials and accessories, including grill tray and kitchen utensils. -
Fasyl Petit paradis breton
Excellent séjour dans ce gite très agréable, fonctionnel, bien équipé et très bien situé, notamment avec tous commerces sur place. Nous avons eu 1 semaine de très beau temps et avons pu profiter de la piscine. Accueil parfait et hôtes à notre écoute.
Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous recommandons ce gite pour un séjour au calme, proche de tout.
Seule remarque : Nous aurions voulu rentrer nos vélos dans le jardin par le portail extérieur, mais impossible car fermé à clé.- Cleanliness

La maison est bien située et dispose d’un extérieur avec piscine agréable.
Cependant nous avons un avis plus que mitigé sur la propreté à notre arrivée surtout au niveau de la salle de bain et de la cuisine.
Nous avons également trouvé que la qualité des équipements (lave vaisselle, four micro-ondes, confort de la litterie …) n’étaient pas à la hauteur du prix demandé pour le séjour.- Cleanliness

Enchantés du séjour: le village est bien situé entre mer et localités de caractère les petits commerces sont appréciables (le pain!!!)et très calme.
Quant à la maison on se sent tout de suite bien ;jolie déco bien aménagée et très bien équipée. Le jardin a été très bien conçu car on peut passer de la piscine (chauffée) à un coin d'ombre et de paix dans le petit salon du jardin. Nous reviendrons sûrement à Ty Bae- Cleanliness
