You'll be warmly welcomed at the Holiday cottage de Traou Riou, located in a stone-built farmhouse adjoining the owners' home, but completely independent.
This comfortable pied-à-terre is just 500 m from the GR34 coastal footpath, 600 m from the Sea and its magnificent views, 700 m from the Arcouest beach and ... embark to discover the Bréhat Archipelago 1 km away! ... All without ever taking the car.
Relaxation and a change of scenery guaranteed.
For a city break with restaurants, galleries and a lovely Tuesday morning Market, Paimpol is just 5 km away.

Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: 26 m² living room with lounge and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190, 2 beds 90x190).
Outside: 450 m² enclosed private grounds with large gravelled courtyard (parking space), garden with flower beds and wooden terrace.

    Un séjour parfait

    Gîte très agréable, à 10minutes à pieds de la mer. Propriétaires sympas et discrets. Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la région de Paimpol et l’île de Brehat.

    Un séjour formidable

    Un gîte très confortable à la belle façade de pierres du pays, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Un beau jardin soigné et fleuri avec une grande terrasse et une belle vue champêtre pour profiter du calme. Un gros coup de cœur aussi pour l'accueil des propriétaires, Nelly et Jean-Michel, aussi charmants que souriants. Bref, un séjour parfait dans une région magnifique.

    Gite Arcouest

    Accueil très sympathique er chaleureux des propriétaires
    Gite idéalement situé pour visiter Paimpol et l'Ile de Bréhat .

    Gite très agréable au calme en pleine nature, propriétaires discrets très bon contact.
    Le gite est très bien situé à 2 pas de l'embarquement pour Ile de Bréhat qui est très belle. La région Cotes d'Amor est magnifique.

    PARFAIT!!!

    Nous avons passé un séjour parfait (mis à part la météo) dans le gite du Traou Riou.

    De l accueil au confort il n y a rien à redire, meme les toutous sont bien accueillis.

    Le gite est parfaitement situé pour découvrir cette magnifique région.
