You'll be warmly welcomed at the Holiday cottage de Traou Riou, located in a stone-built farmhouse adjoining the owners' home, but completely independent.
This comfortable pied-à-terre is just 500 m from the GR34 coastal footpath, 600 m from the Sea and its magnificent views, 700 m from the Arcouest beach and ... embark to discover the Bréhat Archipelago 1 km away! ... All without ever taking the car.
Relaxation and a change of scenery guaranteed.
For a city break with restaurants, galleries and a lovely Tuesday morning Market, Paimpol is just 5 km away.
Your vacation rental comprises on the first floor: 26 m² living room with lounge and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190, 2 beds 90x190).
Outside: 450 m² enclosed private grounds with large gravelled courtyard (parking space), garden with flower beds and wooden terrace.

Propriétaires très accueillants et discrets
On peut aller à pieds prendre la navette pour l'île de Bréhat et les chemins de randonnée vous attendent devant la porte !!!

Merci aux adorables Hôtes qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Le gîte est très bien, avec tout pour passer de belles vacances au calme. La Pointe de l’Arcouest est magnifique et les plages géniales. Merci de la part de mon amie Domy, des 3 chiens et moi.

Superbe gîte, bien aménagé, propre et très bien placé pour sillonner les Côtes d'Armor, que ce soit à pieds, en voiture ou bien même en navette pour l'île de Bréhat dont l'embarcadère se situe à deux pas du gîte.
Très bon accueil des propriétaires ( merci encore pour ces délicieux haricots verts !).
Joli jardin bien clos pour notre toutou.
En résumé, un séjour paisible dans un cadre charmant avec le soleil en prime. A refaire !!!- Cleanliness

L accueil des propriétaires très convivial et chaleureux.
Gite confortable et agréable bien équipé avec un jardin apaisant et "remarquable"
Bon séjour malgré une météo capricieuse.Il ne faut pas hésiter à venir.
