In the Baie de St-Brieuc, this apartment is a comfortable place to stay and discover all the assets of Pléneuf Val André, a charming seaside resort on the Côte de Penthièvre. Slightly set back from the heart of the resort, you'll be within easy walking distance of the large Val André beach (200 m), and its seawall lined with shops and restaurants, which you can walk along whatever the season. The supermarket is 800 m away, and the casino, tourist office, tennis courts and cinema are 1.1 km away. 12 km from Erquy and its beautiful, unspoilt beaches and fishing port. 20 km from Cap Fréhel and 25 km from Fort Lalatte.

5/5Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec de bonnes crêpes maison,caramel , cidre,de bonnes attentions à notre arrivée dans ce gîte d'une propreté irréprochable,très bien situé au calme ,tout près de la mer et des commodités, literie de bon confort,garage,tout est vraiment conforme au descriptif.Merci.
Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour avec en prime une superbe météo qui nous a permis de profiter de jolis sites,de magnifiques paysages lors de nos balades ensoleillées et nous avons apprécié la mer à proximité.Satisfaits.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Séjour très agréable, le logement très agréable ,tout confort, bien coucher ,il est lumineux , une grande terrasse qui doit être agréable lorsqu'il y a énormément de soleil, très prêt du centre ville , le supermarché pas très loin , un garage SUPER
