In the Baie de St-Brieuc, this apartment is a comfortable place to stay and discover all the assets of Pléneuf Val André, a charming seaside resort on the Côte de Penthièvre. Slightly set back from the heart of the resort, you'll be within easy walking distance of the large Val André beach (200 m), and its seawall lined with shops and restaurants, which you can walk along whatever the season. The supermarket is 800 m away, and the casino, tourist office, tennis courts and cinema are 1.1 km away. 12 km from Erquy and its beautiful, unspoilt beaches and fishing port. 20 km from Cap Fréhel and 25 km from Fort Lalatte.

5/5J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte Théloumi. les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et accueillants (merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue). On se sent tout de suite bien dans cet appartement, situé dans une belle résidence sécurisée : il est très agréable, parfaitement équipé, très propre, la literie est de qualité et impeccable et la place de parking privée est un atout supplémentaire. Il bénéficie en plus d'une grande terrasse, qui permet de prendre les repas dehors, sans vis à vis. La connexion wifi est parfaite également.
Enfin, il est idéalement situé au calme, à 5 minutes à pied de la Grande Plage du Val André et à proximité de tous les commerces, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied.
Merci encore de m'avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour, dans un environnement privilégié. Je recommande vivement ce gîte, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés : tout est parfait.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Our second stay in this lovely apartment and definitely not our last!
Everything in it is first class, ideal for two people, it is spotless and very well equipped. There is garage if you have a car. The situation is idealfor visiting lots of places in the area. It is a short walk into Val Andre which has plenty of restaurants and shops and a fantastic beach, the port of Dahouet is a lovely place for a walk in the evening.

5/5We had a fantastic 7 days here. The warm welcome we received set the tone for the week. The property is very well equipped to a high standard, with everything you could possibly need.
Off street parking is a bonus, although there was always easy parking on the road.
