As for discoveries, the surrounding area is full of treasures, with the GR34 coastal path 6 km from Yffiniac, the first beaches of Hillion 10 km away, St Brieuc 15 km away, the historic city of Lamballe 10 km away, and Moncontour, a small town full of character 13 km away. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to outings and walks. And for golf enthusiasts, the Morieux golf course is 8 km away, while the Pléneuf Val André course on the Sea is 20 km away.

On the ground floor of this beautiful property, a bedroom with independent access:
- The serene Fanny room, with a 160x200 bed, TV, alcove shower room (basin and shower), separate toilet, dressing room, large bay window opening directly onto a private terrace overlooking the garden and Piscine.
Breakfast includes homemade products (jams, salted butter caramel, yoghurt, seasonal fruit salad) and Breton specialties (crêpes, far breton, etc.) served in the living room facing the landscaped garden, or on the terrace facing the Piscine, weather permitting.
A fridge and microwave are also available in the summer kitchen.
Outdoor Piscine heated to 28°C from fine weather to the first frosts (guaranteed from mid-June to mid-September), 1m80 deep and an INTEX inflatable Spa.
Parking is available outside the property, near the small blue gate.
