A small, private holiday cottage, tastefully decorated by Didier and Yveline, in an old stone house with local charm.

You’ll be right on the Vélomaritime EV4 cycling route, 1.4 km from the GR34 coastal trail, 2 km from the Jaudy River, 6 km from the Sea, 2 km from Tréguier, a charming little town, 8 km from Lézardrieux nestled along the Trieux River, 15 km from the Sillon de Talbert, Paimpol, the “City of the Icelanders,” 20 km from the island of Bréhat—a true marvel—Lannion, a City of Art and History, and Perros-Guirec, the “capital” of the Pink Granite Coast.

Your vacation rental includes the following on the ground floor:

Upstairs:
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200 bed on one side and a 100x200 bed on the other, plus a telework area.
Outdoors: at the front of the holiday cottage, a private, enclosed 35 m² gravel courtyard (with private parking and a terrace) and, at the back, a private, enclosed 250 m² yard.

Après une ancienne carrière dans l'hôtellerie/restauration, Didier et Yveline ont optimisé les murs de cette belle demeure familiale acquise en 1992 pour y créer LEUR lieu d'accueil à leur image et ce depuis le 5 juillet 2008. En 2026 l'ancienne maison d'hôtes devient un gîte. Ce qui fait désormais une capacité d'accueil de 10 personnes en cumulant les 2 gîtes présents.

    Bretagne pur

    Ich kann das Häuschen allen empfehlen - die mit dem Velo die Gegend erkunden möchten - es gibt viele gute Routen, offizielle wie auch über Komoot. In der weiteren Umgebung (14 Km) gibt viele wunderschöne Strande (Trestel war unser Favorit).
    Der grosse Garten ist super - für Hunde ideal. Was dort störend sein kann, ist der Verkehr, den man hört - grenzt an eine Nebenstrasse, die stark befahren ist -so fehlt die Ruhe, wie man sich dies auf dem Land erhoffen könnte.
    Das Haus scheint nicht ausgelegt zu sein , um eine Elektroauto mit der Haushaltsteckdose aufzuladen. Wurde vom Besitzer ausdrücklich untersagt. War nicht weiter schlimm, da es eine 22kW-Box beim Einkaufen (Super-U) gibt.
    Wir können die Unterkunft allen empfehlen, die nicht lärmempfindlich sind und aktiv unterwegs sein möchten.

    Gite Losten Ar Gogues

    Très bien accueillis dans ce beau petit gite idéalement situé pour découvrir cette très belle région.
    Commodités à quelques minutes, cour fermée devant et jardin clos derrière, parfait avec un chien.
