Holiday cottage tastefully furnished by Didier and Yveline in an old stone house with local character.
Take time to appreciate the Presqu'île Sauvage, its cultural, natural and market-gardening heritage.

Being 1.4 km from the GR34 footpath, 2 km from the Jaudy river, 6 km from the sea, 2 km from Tréguier, a small town full of character, 8 km from Lézardrieux on the Trieux, 15 km from the Sillon de Talbert, from Paimpol, City of the Icelanders, 20 km from the wonderful Ile de Bréhat, Lannion, City of Art and History and Perros-Guirec, 'capital' of the Côte de Granit Rose.

Your vacation rental includes on the first floor :
- living room with kitchen-lounge area,

First floor:
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed on one side and 1 x 100x200 bed on the other, Telework area.
Outside: at the front of the Holiday cottage, 35 m² enclosed gravel courtyard (private parking space and terrace) and, at the rear, 250 m² enclosed private grounds.
Bowls available on request. The house is located on the coastal cycle route, where Hiking circuits are available throughout the wild Presqu'île.

séjour de qualité

Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la région des Côtes d'Armor. La côte est accessible entre 10' et 30' selon la distance.
Balades en vélo sur les routes très sympathique mais on évitera les chemins en VTT car nbx ornières !
Le logement était très agréable, conforme au descriptif, la cour intérieure ensoleillée le midi pour déjeuner. Le jardin extérieur au soleil pour la soirée.

Calme et bienveillance

Nous remercions Didier pour son accueil. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé avec notre chien qui a eu le loisir de profiter du jardin et le beau temps était au rendez-vous.
Charmante petite maison, calme, propre et bien équipée.

Stay was great & no issues. A nice venue & very good for 2 adults & a dog or small child.

However the company’s policy does not notify you when the €400 deposit comes out & back into your account.
This will be stressful for some customers.

Petite maison de pêcheur bien située

Gîte à proximité des sites remarquables offrant de belles randonnées. Nous ne pouvons pas juger de l'accueil des propriétaires que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer durant notre séjour. Petit gîte charmant mais qui manque d'entretien ménager et de rafraichissement sur certains équipements. Nous avons été dérangées par le trafic très régulier de la départementale qui borde le gîte.
